Circle works in partnership with Northampton university to measure our social impact. In 2014 we helped 78 young people into FT employment out of a cohort of 97. This equals a net social value created of £276,285.96 and a social return on investment ratio of £3.37 : £1.

Our intervention consists of training and work experience targeted at young local unemployed which changes their outlook on life and ultimately results in them gaining full time, meaningful employment. Young people who we place often come back to mentor our new cohorts. Circle continues to mentoring our young adults as they climb their careers path.

You can support us to train more young people in the vital life skills they need, to secure long term employment by donating here.
