Here we celebrate the successes of the many inspirational young people who have completed our programme.
Kevin was walking through Dalston when he saw an advert for the Circle Community Get Employed programme. He had dropped out of an engineering apprenticeship, when his dad passed away. Having supported his mum working in her tool shop for a few years, she encouraged him to find his own career path.
Circle worked with Kevin to improve his CV and build his confidence. Having attended one of Circle's corporate workshops, at Three, one of the staff approached Kevin. They were so impressed with him during the session they wanted to interview him for a maternity cover role in the office. Kevin had the interview and he has been offered a position.
I never thought of working in recruitment. I thought I would get a job in retail to tide me over. I am so happy, and cant wait to start.
Janice joined Circle Collective in March 2017, having dropped out college and with a young daughter to support. Her intelligence and capability coupled with our training sessions meant she was invited for an interview with Islington Council just three weeks after joining.
"Keep your mind open at all times, and eventually you'll get to where you want to be."
A few words from Circle trainees:

"I am really enjoying working with the team at Aim Skills and have learnt so much already. I never would have applied for this if it wasn't for Circle. Thank you so much." Amina, Digital Media Apprentice at Aim Skills

"I don't like making eye contact with people, so maybe that's why I couldn't pass interviews. But Charlie kept staring me out during our interview practice, so now I'm used to it!" Jerrone, Warehouse Assistant at FedEx
"I couldn't have done it without Circle. They gave me the support I needed and they still text and call to make sure I'm OK." Tanzilah, Childcarer at a local nursery
"I just wanted someone to give me a chance. Circle showed me that taking small steps will lead to a better career. I love working and earning my own money. I can see a future now." Ranveer, Waiter at Arancini Brothers
