What are our delivery charges?
We are currently offering free standard delivery (UK Only). All delivery charges will be shown at checkout, before and after confirmation of your order (All prices include VAT at current ruling rate).
When do we deliver?
Standard delivery is by courier, within five working days of your order, with delivery between 9am and 5.30pm. If any products you've requested aren't in stock, we'll email you to let you know (Costs shown are per delivery address, per delivery day).
Where do we deliver?
We deliver to all postal areas in the UK, including England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Delivery to addresses on islands or in remote areas of the UK mainland may take a little longer than our usual delivery times, with delays possible if you live in the following postcode areas: AB, BT, DD, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, PA, PH, PO30 - PO41, TR21 - TR25, ZE. If we believe that the delivery address you've given may not be not secure (for example, if it's a communal postal address or PO Box), we may contact you to make alternative arrangements.
Can I send things to more than one address?
We're happy to deliver all or part of your order to addresses other than your own, and during the checkout process you'll be given the option to tell us where you want to send the items in your basket. (Opting for multiple delivery addresses will incur additional delivery charges).
What if I'm not in when you deliver?
Deliveries are usually made on Mondays to Fridays, between 9am and 5.30pm. If the recipient isn't in, our courier will leave a card confirming that they've tried to deliver your parcel. Please call the contact number on the card to either agree a convenient delivery time or arrange collection directly from their depot. After three failed delivery attempts your items will be returned to our shop.
What if only part of my order has arrived?
If there are any items missing from the order (as detailed in your order confirmation email), please contact customer services at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone us on 0207 249 2442, so that we can sort this out for you.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items can not be refunded.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
